 Red raspberry leaf is rich in antioxidants and used traditionally to regulate menstrual cycles and reduce heavy bleeding. It has astringent properties to tone and tighten the uterine muscles.

Dong Quai to improve circulation and blood flow to the reproductive organs and its  estrogenic properties balances hormones and regulates menstrual cycles.

Golden seal with antibacterial and anti-fungal properties to prevent infections in the reproductive tract. 

Burdock root has natural detoxifying benefits to remove toxins from the body and reduce inflammation and swelling.

Dandelion root: Dandelion root is a natural diuretic helping to reduce water retention and bloating in the pelvic area. It also has detoxifying properties to support liver function.
